1. Nature of Service

We are an appointment service provider, and our responsibility is strictly limited to booking medical appointments for WAFID/GAMCA medical centers. We do not conduct medical examinations, issue medical reports, or influence medical results in any capacity.

2. Independent Service Provider

We operate as an independent service provider and are not affiliated with WAFID, GAMCA, any embassy, or any government authority.

3. Service Scope & Limitations

  • Our service is limited to appointment scheduling only
  • We are not responsible if:
    • A medical center refuses to conduct a test
    • There are delays in medical reports
    • Any decision is made by the medical center

In such cases, customers must directly contact the relevant medical center.

4. Pricing & Charges

  • The official WAFID/GAMCA appointment fee is $10.
  • Any additional charges represent our service facilitation fee.
  • By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to our service charges.
  • If you do not agree, you may choose to book your appointment independently.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made in advance for appointment booking.
  • We do not process bookings based on payment screenshots.
  • Appointments are only booked after payment is successfully received and confirmed in our account.

6. Refund Policy

  • Once the appointment is booked and confirmation slip is generated, the service is considered delivered and payment becomes non-refundable
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed only in limited cases such as:
    • Duplicate payment
    • Until the appointment is not booked, and payment is in our possession.

7. Appointment Confirmation Timing

  • If an appointment is booked after 11:00 AM (midnight), confirmation will be provided after 09:00 AM.
  • On Saturdays and Sundays:
    • Morning bookings → confirmation between 03:00 PM – 06:00 PM.
    • Bookings after 06:00 PM → confirmation between 12:00 AM – 01:00 AM.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate personal information.
  • Reviewing all details before making payment.

We are not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

  • Visa approval.
  • Medical results.
  • Immediate appointment availability.

All outcomes depend on the relevant authorities and medical centers.

10. Communication & Confidentiality

  • All communication between us and the customer is confidential
  • Customers are not allowed to share screenshots, recordings, or messages without our consent
  • Voice messages provided by us are for guidance purposes only, based on our experience

11. Medical Fee Disclaimer

  • Medical examination fees are determined by the medical centers
  • We only provide estimated costs for guidance purposes
  • Actual fees may vary depending on the center

12. Website & Payment Security

  • Our website uses secure encryption (SSL/HTTPS)
  • We do not store sensitive financial information such as bank details, (Account Number) etc.

13. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by medical centers
  • System downtime beyond our control
  • Any losses related to visa, travel, or medical outcomes

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
