Infectious Diseases:
1. HIV positive (AIDS)
2. Hepatitis (B) Surface Antsgen Poutive
3. Hepatitis C Antibody – postive
4. Microfilaria and Malaria
5. Leprosy
6. Any abnormal chest X-ray manifestations including, but not limited to:
a. Active on past evidence of TB
b. Pulmonary fibrosis and pulmonary calcification
c. Pleural effusion
d. Lymphadenopathy.
Non-infectious diseases
1. Renal failure
2. Liver failure or hepatic insufficency
3. Heart failure
4. Uncontrolled Hypertension
5. Uncontrolled diabetes.
6. Different types of cancer.
7. Psychiatric and neurological disorders
8. Any distortion, amputation or physical disability impeding the applicant’s performance.
9. Hemoglobin below 79/100di.
You Should not apply
why you should not apply
Reasons:
1. If your passport expiry is less than 7 months and 21 days.
2. If your former medical report is not expired. Because new medical checkup is not possible before the expiry of former medical report.
3. If you already have an appointment for Wafid Medical test but due to any reason want another one. Because it is not possible to get another appointment on same details before the expiry of former appointment slip, and an appointment slip is expires after 21 days from the date of issuance. It cannot be reissued before this time period.
4. You already have an appointment but you want to change the city or country. Because you can only change the city or country after the expiry of former Wafid medical slip.
